Operations × Automation × AI × Business Intelligence
I turn messy business processes into simple digital tools.
I design and build practical automation, dashboards and internal tools that replace repetitive manual work and follow-ups with simple, connected workflows, on tools you already use: WhatsApp, Google Sheets and Zoho.
The problem
Most businesses don't need another complicated system.
They need a simpler way to work.
What I build
From a problem on someone's desk to a decision on a dashboard.
Every tool follows the same path. The example on the right is a real one: about 400 property agreements that used to be drafted by hand.
Selected work
Tools that are running inside a real business today.
Built for a luxury real estate and facilities management company operating across 40+ sites. Open any project to see the old process, the new one, and how it works.
- Cleaning compliance dashboard · 40 sites, unit level
- Homeowner app MIS screens · budget vs actual
- CRM training handbook & service standard
- Bank statement PDF → structured Excel
- Duplicate detection rules for master data
Dashboards & apps
What the people using these tools actually see.
Recreated with sample data. The real dashboards stay with the teams that use them.
Supervisor app · maintenance checks
Homeowner app · live MIS
Before vs after
Same work. Different system.
· seen 2 days ago
"Give me till Friday."
New expense
Approval tracking
Budget vs actual · by month
Implementation log
Numbers from live projects, not marketing.

Ticketing & SLAThe operator behind the tools
Operations first. Technology second.
My day job is operations excellence in luxury real estate and facilities management: SOPs, ticketing, MIS and the processes that slow teams down. The tools came from that work. I sit with the people doing the task, find the steps that don't need a human, and build around the ones that do.
How I work
Five steps. The first two matter most.
- 01
Understand
Sit with the people doing the work. Map every step, every file and every handoff before touching a tool.
- 02
Simplify
Remove steps that exist only because of the old tools. Automating a bad process just makes it fail faster.
- 03
Design
Design the workflow, the data structure and the screens around the people who will use them daily.
- 04
Build
Build with practical technology the business already has, using AI-assisted development to move fast.
- 05
Improve
Test with real data, train the team, measure, and keep refining as new needs show up.
AI as a building block
I use AI to build faster. I use business understanding to build the right thing.
Business requirement
A real request: a form, a report, an approval someone is chasing.
Development
AI drafts code and queries. I decide what they must do.
Rapid prototyping
A working screen early, so users react to something real.
Testing
Real data, real edge cases, real users.
Refinement
Fix what testing found. Repeat until it holds.
Working tool
Used daily, owned by the team.
Requirements come first
Every tool starts from a task someone does every week. None of these are AI experiments looking for a use.
Speed without shortcuts
AI cuts build time. Validation rules, exception lists and testing with real files keep the output trustworthy.
Built on what you have
Google Workspace, Zoho, Excel. Low-cost tools your team already knows, instead of expensive new licences.
